Licensing Overview ​

AlphaTrust® e-Sign requires a valid license activation file issued by AlphaTrust. These license files are specific to the server operating system on which each copy of AlphaTrust® e-Sign is installed. NOTE: You cannot copy a license from one server to another.

License files are only issued during normal business hours (US Central time) and may require up to one day to fulfill a license request. DO NOT install a new instance of the software or move/migrate a software instance from one server to another after hours.
